6 Best Alternatives to the Epson Workforce WF-7620 Wireless Color (2026)

How alternatives compare to the WF-7620

Epson EcoTank Wide-Format All-in-One Printer

The Epson EcoTank ET-15000 is another wide-format option, but it adds Ethernet for wired network stability. It also includes fax capabilities, which the WF-7620 lacks. This model is lighter and smaller, measuring 19.6 inches wide and 14.3 inches high. It suits offices that prioritize stable network connections and high-volume color output. You give up the Amazon Dash Replenishment feature found in the WF-7620. However, the inclusion of fax and Ethernet makes it a practical choice for teams needing robust connectivity. It remains a wireless all-in-one, ensuring mobile printing remains easy. This printer is ideal if you need wide-format printing with added office functions.

Brother All-in-One Color Laser Printer

The Brother MFC-L3720CDW switches from inkjet to color laser technology. It supports duplex scanning and includes fax functionality, features the WF-7620 does not offer. This printer is smaller, measuring 17.5 inches wide and 15.8 inches high. It is designed for small offices needing wireless convenience and automatic duplexing. You lose the wide-format capability, as this is a standard size printer. It is better suited for moderate volume printing rather than large graphic work. The inclusion of duplex scanning makes document processing faster. If you need fax and wireless color laser printing, this is a practical alternative. It sacrifices wide format for compactness and added office functions.

HP Color LaserJet Pro All-in-One Printer

The HP M182nw is a compact color laser all-in-one designed for small teams. It focuses on mobile-friendly printing and wireless stability. This printer is significantly smaller than the WF-7620, measuring 15 inches wide and 11.5 inches high. It lacks wide-format support, limiting you to standard paper sizes. You also give up the inkjet technology for laser, which may affect photo quality. However, it offers wireless scanning and copying functions. It is ideal for users prioritizing wireless convenience over raw speed. The compact footprint makes it suitable for tight spaces. If you need mobile color printing without wide-format requirements, this model fits your needs. It trades large format for a smaller, more agile design.

Canon MF751Cdw II Color MFP

The Canon MF751Cdw II is a fast color laser MFP built for busy offices. It features automatic duplex printing and an automatic document feeder. This model is not suitable for duplex scanning or wired network connections. It is larger than the HP option, measuring 20.5 inches wide and 22 inches high. You lose the wide-format capability of the WF-7620. However, the speed and duplex printing make it efficient for document-heavy workflows. It is ideal for teams prioritizing speed and automatic document handling. The lack of wired connectivity may be a drawback for some networks. If you need fast color document printing with duplex features, this is a strong choice. It sacrifices wide format for speed and automation.

Epson EcoTank Pro All-in-One Supertank Printer

The Epson EcoTank Pro ET-5150 is a supertank printer designed for high-volume color printing. It offers low ink costs and fast output. This model includes an automatic document feeder and fax capabilities. It is larger than the WF-7620 in width, measuring 25.9 inches. You lose the Amazon Dash Replenishment feature. However, the supertank system reduces ink replacement frequency. It is robust for teams printing many color pages daily. The inclusion of an ADF and fax makes it versatile for office tasks. It is ideal if you prioritize low ink costs and speed. The printer remains wireless, ensuring mobile printing is supported. It trades wide format for high-volume efficiency and added office functions.

Brother Wireless Color Multi-Function Printer

The Brother HL-L3300CDW is a compact color laser MFP with Alexa support. It features duplex printing and wireless scanning. This printer is smaller than the WF-7620, measuring 17.5 inches wide. It lacks wide-format support and automatic document feeder. It is ideal for small offices needing space-saving solutions. The Alexa compatibility allows for voice-controlled printing. You give up the inkjet technology and wide format. However, the compact size and steady wireless connections make it practical. It is suitable for users who do not need duplex scanning. If you need compact color laser printing with smart home integration, this model fits. It sacrifices large format for convenience and smart features.
