This printer supports wireless scanning, making it suitable for home users who prioritize ink longevity and ease of setup over large-format output. It is a practical choice if your workspace cannot accommodate the physical dimensions of the PRO-4100, which measures 68 inches in length and 35 inches in width.

This model fits general document tasks where wide-format roll capability is unnecessary. It provides wireless connectivity and scanning functions in a medium-sized package, making it ideal for users who need reliable color output without the industrial scale and weight of the Canon large-format printer.

It is a practical option for small offices prioritizing speed and duplex printing. The compact size at 17 inches wide makes it suitable for environments where the large footprint of the PRO-4100 is impractical.
Epson EcoTank ET-4950 All-in-One Printer
The Epson EcoTank ET-4950 Wireless All-in-One offers low-cost color printing with fax and duplex features, differing from the PRO-4100’s large format focus. You sacrifice the 44-inch width and professional color accuracy for a compact unit that supports wireless scanning and duplex scanning. This printer fits small offices needing fax capabilities without cartridge costs.
